Meet Elisa Brossard

Elisa is INCREDIBLE! I came to Elisa when I had just started a new job in tech / sustainability and it was a big step up for me in my career. Of course the early learning process was tough and it was very challenging - testing my confidence daily. I had to give a lot of presentations at my work and receive a lot of feedback. Elisa helped me SO MUCH. She started working with me as a whole person- not just the work part of me but the whole me to understand what makes me tick and what was at the root of my challenges. She helped me really bring out myself, reduce stress, and improve my confidence 10 fold by letting go of certain things that weren’t serving me. It showed up in my work and job too. About 8 months into the new job my coworkers couldn’t stop remarking at my confidence and how my presentation abilities had become so much strong. I still get compliments about how much I have really owned my new role and come into my own. I can’t thank you enough Elisa!
